appeals to both our UK and European customers who have the need for a motorcycle trailer but do not have the space to accommodate a large rigid trailer. The trailers suit the majority of bikes and are popular with classic bike owners, track day enthusiasts, motorhome users, motorcycle mechanic garages, motorcycle clubs and motorcycle tour companies alike.​​​​​

using the latest 3D CAD design software and finite analysis systems the trailers are manufactured in the UK using computer controlled machines to precision laser cut and CNC fold trailer parts to Motolug's individually designed drawings.​

compatible with the standard UK/EU 50mm tow ball allows the main trailer beam to be tilted towards the ground for loading, so no need for an additional ramp.  The hitch can accommodate the Knott hitch lock specifically designed for this type of hitch.  Alternatively once connected to the tow ball the hole in the handle can take a long shackled padlock (6mm or less). 

is wired to a 7 pin plug and both UK or EU versions are available. The lighting system is removeable so that it does not impede when loading your motorcycle.

Motolug trailers have been in production since 2007.  Based in Moreton in Marsh in the Cotswolds, our small dedicated team work tirelessly to produce a high quality product at a competitive price which  adheres strictly to conformity of production procedures. Each trailer is issued with a Certificate of Conformity certifying the homologation of the vehicle and enabling European registration where appropriate.​​​​

has resulted in a UK and Internationally patented range of products that can be easily and quickly assembled and dismantled without the need for any tools, allowing the trailers to be stored away when not in use, great for when space is limited.

house bespoke indespension type suspension. 8" wheels are standard, 10" available as an upgrade and recommended if the tow ball sits higher than 420 mm (16.5") from the ground to the centre of the ball. Strapping points are located on the wheel assemblies where 4 straps are suggested to secure the load.​

as standard.  As the  bike is loaded onto the main beam the loading system will capture the front wheel which will then hold the bike in an upright position, enabling the motorcycle to be secured using tie down straps (4 straps are recommended, not supplied as standard).
